Merge Infinity is a causal number-merging puzzle game inspired by 2048's iconic matching and merging mechanic. You are given a 5x7 grid filled with even numbers, and the goal is to draw paths connecting adjacent numbered tiles to merge them into the largest values possible and win record scores. After each merge in Merge Infinity, new numbered tiles are added to the board. This gradually reduces the possible merging opportunities, especially when the grid is filled with increasing values.
Each merge adds points to your score, and, of course, bigger merges mean higher points. The game ends when no more valid merges are possible, and you will see your total score for the recent round.
At the beginning, the grid contains only tiles with small numbers, like 2, 4, and 8. Merge them strategically to form higher values gradually. Keep matching and merging to reveal bigger numbers, achieve better scores, and climb the leaderboard.
Connect longer chains of matching tiles with increased values to quickly create really big numbers. Plan your moves carefully, considering each tile's position, and make use of any opportunities to maximize your score while boosting the values of the tiles.
When you find it hard to locate a possible move in Merge Infinity, click or tap on the Hint button (the light bulb icon). The game will then give you a suggestion.
