Sedecordle

Sedecordle is a Wordle variant designed for those seeking a greater challenge. Instead of finding just one word, you must solve 16 five-letter words in a single game. You have a total of 21 guesses to complete them all.

Each word has its own grid, but guesses are shared across all of them. Consequently, a well-chosen word can provide clues for multiple grids simultaneously.

How to Play Sedecordle

One guess for 16 grids

When you enter a word, the result applies to all 16 puzzles. Color-coded tiles indicate which letters are in the correct position, which appear in the answer but are misplaced, and which are not in the word at all.

FFor example, one guess might reveal the letter 'S' on one grid and confirm a vowel on another. So make sure you use a mix of letters in your first tries to get as much info as possible.

The interface displays only a few grids at a time. You can switch between grids by selecting the corresponding number. This makes tracking the 16 puzzles easier than constantly scrolling.

21 guesses for 16 answers

Sedecordle gives you 21 guesses to find 16 words. The margin between the number of guesses and the number of answers is tight, so using your turns wisely is crucial.

Some grids may be close to completion after just a few turns; you can then focus on them to confirm the answers. Grids with fewer clues will require additional test words to eliminate letters.

What makes Sedecordle difficult?

Managing multiple grids

The biggest difficulty does not always come from the words themselves. The problem is that you have got to deal with 16 lots of clues at the same time. One grid may have only one letter missing and another may have only two or three clues showing. You need to switch back and forth between them while keeping track of the letters you have already ruled out.

Less common words

Most answers are familiar English words, but occasionally you will encounter trickier ones. For example, the answer PIXIE has an X in it, so it may take a few more turns to pin down.

Sedecordle is ideal for Wordle veterans looking to blow through more puzzles in one sitting. With 16 grids to see at once, each guess feels like a full scan of the entire alphabet.
