Size It Up is an entertaining yet simple puzzle game that challenges your sense of size. The game shows two silhouettes side by side with one object of known size for reference. Your task is to modify the other silhouette so that the scale between the two objects is as close as possible to the real-world scale. Once you’ve locked in your answer, Size It Up will reveal the actual dimensions, the margin of error and your score, giving you a chance to judge your own judgment.
Each round focuses on a specific dimension—such as length, height, or diameter. A black silhouette serves as the fixed reference object, while the other silhouette can be moved, scaled up, or scaled down.
Simply drag the silhouette's frame or use your mouse wheel to resize it. Touch controls are also designed for ease of use. When you feel the proportions are correct, lock in your answer to see the results.
After each guess the actual size is shown for you to compare directly with your choice. The game also displays the percentage of error and your score so that you can see if you tend to overestimate or underestimate sizes. Every answer also contains a short fact about the object, so it's a fun piece of trivia to remember.
Size It Up features a Daily mode with five puzzles shared by all players for the day, alongside an Unlimited mode for practicing with random object pairings. You can also select specific theme, such as Animals or Geography, to focus on wildlife, countries, and geographical features.
What makes Size It Up fun is that it turns a simple question into a difficult test of your sense of scale. You may know of a really big animal or building, but it’s hard to imagine how much bigger it is than something else.
